One Day Winter Feldenkrais® and Embodied Life Retreat™, Knoxville, TN, January 25, 2020, led by Brenda Rasch, PT, PC & Caroline Vogel

This retreat will be a one day introduction to Feldenkrais Movement and Embodied Life practices. We also have a special offering in this retreat only; Caroline Vogel will present a practice from Brené Brown’s “Daring Way™.”
This will be a great introduction to the essential elements of Embodied Life: Feldenkrais movement lessons, sitting and walking meditation, and guided inquiry practices. We will explore these with an atmosphere of lightness, joy, and restorative presence. Lunch is included and will be provided on-site! Limit 18.

Caroline has a Masters in Divinity from Harvard Divinity School as well as a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from The University of TN. She is currently studying mindfulness with The Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Caroline trained to be a Daring Way™ facilitator in Texas in 2015. She is an ordained Episcopal Priest who has worked in parish ministry as well as served as the chaplain for the Palliative Care Team at The UT Medical Center. Caroline has an office in Bearden where she sees individuals for spiritual direction, life coaching, and facilitates The Daring Way™ curricula.
